Elaine Carr, DDS, is a highly experienced orthodontist at OBT Dental & Orthodontics in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Carr has been practicing dentistry since 1980, and has dedicated her life to helping people achieve the smile of their dreams. Dr. Carr completed her undergraduate education at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1974. Following her studies, she returned to the university to obtain her doctorate in dental surgery at their School of Medicine in 1980. After receiving her dental degree, Dr. Carr worked as a clinical instructor of general dentistry at the James Lawrence Kernan Hospital for eight years before attending Fairleigh Dickinson University for her orthodontic training in 1990. Dr. Carr has been creating beautiful smiles for over two decades, helping patients not only restore a functional smile, but their confidence in their smile and dental health. She guides patients on their orthodontic options, and helps them find the best treatment that fits their needs.

Adriana Maldonado, DMD, is a general and cosmetic dentist at OBT Dental & Orthodontics in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Maldonado tailors every dental treatment to suit her patients’ smile goals, providing them with gentle, quality care during each visit. Dr. Maldonado was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She obtained her doctorate in dental medicine at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine. After completing the program, she pursued advanced education in general dentistry at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Since then, she has been working in private practice, where she developed her expertise in providing comprehensive dental care. Dr. Maldonado strives to stay on top of the latest developments in dentistry, and makes every effort to maintain her skills through ongoing education. In her free time, Dr. Maldonado enjoys spending time with her family, doing yoga, and exploring all that Orlando has to offer.

Dr. Olmos received his first Dental degree from Universidad Javeriana – Bogotá, Colombia in 1997. He obtained his dental degree as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at New York University in 2003. Dr. Olmos has over 13 years of experience in Cosmetic, Restorative and Pediatric Dentistry.To ensure that patients receive the best possible care, Dr. Olmos maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Panamerican Dental Association, and Hispanic Dental Association. Dr. Olmos obtained a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A) and continues to study a Master Degree in Health Administration (M.H.A) at Webster University in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Smith is excited to be a part of the OBT Dental & Orthodontics team, bringing a passion for comprehensive dental care and a dedication to patient comfort. After earning their Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Temple University School of Dentistry, Dr. Smith completed extensive training in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative procedures, allowing her to offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the needs of each patient. Dr. Smith believes in building strong relationships with patients and providing care that is both personalized and compassionate. Their approach to dentistry emphasizes prevention, education, and using the latest technology to ensure the best outcomes. Dr. Suárez went on to pursue her D.D.S. degree at Marquette University. From an early age her life experiences made her curious about the multiple aspects of children’s behaviors. This interest made her pursue a career in Pediatric Dentistry. She completed her Residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago. She earned a Hospital Certificate and a Master of Science degree by authoring her thesis on “Nursing Bottle Caries.” She has practice Pediatric Dentistry in Florida ever since. Dr. Suárez passed her Specialty Boards and holds the prestigious distinction of being a Diplomate. She enjoys creating awareness and educating her patients and parents on preventive dental care. She provides quality and comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents.
